ASSOCIATE POLICIES AND BUYING AGREEMENT
I certify that I have been informed by Global Cash Flow Network as to the nature of
the business program. I understand that I am an independent representative of the
program and not an employee.
I understand that as an independent representative I am paid as an independent
contractor by each of the companies separately. I understand that I have been given
access and informed by Global Cash Flow Network regarding the Terms and
Conditions and regulation of payment by the website affiliate. I attest that Global
Cash Flow Network is in no way responsible for any revenue or payments due by the
companies listed. As a member of the 24hourwebcash.com Program, I understand
that I have the opportunity to earn referral bonuses for customers referred to the
program.
I understand Google, eBay, and Amazon are registered trademarks of those organizations
and although a Certified Media Placement Specialist (CMPs) may utilize these
organizations programs to mutual benefit, in no way shall a CMPs represent themselves
as an employee or partner of the aforementioned organizations because a CMPs
understands they are completely independent contractors responsible for their own
business and legal decisions.
I can also qualify for the Monthly Super Incentive Program and a $1,000 BONUS.
The top independent representative who refers the most unique individual customers
in a calendar month over 10 individual customers receives a BONUS CHECK of
$1,000 (I understand that from time to time, Global Cash Flow Network will do
special promotions for other opportunities to qualify for additional bonuses).
Global Cash Flow Network is in no way responsible for the success of my business
and website. Although there are several opportunities to make money, each
independent representative is responsible for their success.
I understand and agree to the following terms set forth by Global Cash Flow
Network. I am an Independent Representative.

Independent Representative has no territorial rights in the program.
National and International advertising is allowed.

Independent Representative may not sell or transfer their website for any
reason without prior written consent of Global Cash Flow Network.

The Independent Representative may have a partner; however the
commission checks will be issued to one independent representative (either
as an individual or as a company).

| IV. | |
As an independent representative, the main responsibility is to advertise,
although the representative is not under any obligation to do so. Your
results will vary based on you and your advertising.

All terms of this agreement are binding for one year from the date of
purchase. Distributor may renew the agreement at no extra charge by
contacting us in writing (fax or mail). Failure to do so may result in the
cancellation of your website(s).

Global Cash Flow Network offers a Risk Free Guarantee. The guidelines of
this guarantee were disclosed in a recorded verification at the time of sale
and also enclosed in writing for your records. |
